00:00Account deletion — TOMATO

Delete your TOMATO data

TOMATO has no email/password account. It stores training data on your device and uses an anonymous device-scoped ID for server features. Both are easy to remove.

1. Delete on-device data

Deleting the TOMATO app from your device removes all locally stored training data (progress, quiz results, hand history, settings).

2. Delete server-side data

To delete the anonymous ID and any server-side records associated with it (session record, AI analysis requests), email support@whathappensatmidnight.xyz with the subject "[TOMATO] Data deletion request". Because the ID is anonymous, please send the request while the app is still installed if possible, or include the ID shown in the app so we can locate your records. We will confirm completion by email within 30 days; purchase records that must be kept under bookkeeping law are retained for the legally required period only.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to TOMATO's anonymous ID. Deleting TOMATO data does not affect your Apple purchase history, and purchases can be restored on a reinstall via the in-app restore option.
